In call volume

Recently moved from iPhone..

When using my iphone the call volume was always the same. Eg I had calls about mid way and when on loudspeaker I had it up full..

On the S4 I can't work out what's going on its all over the place.. Most times it results in me answering the call and the volume being set a full.

Any thoughts ?
