in-ear headphone call volume.

I'm finding the in call volume VERY loud when using a headset with the supplied USB-C adapter. Is there any way to lower the volume aside from the buttons on the left of the device?

The on-screen display when pressing the down volume button shows two volume sliders, one with a musical note icon, the other with a phone icon. The phone icon one will not go below about 20% on the slider.

Use the Volume Down button when you're in a call to set it the way you prefer. It should stick that way.
