In-field Inspection Apps for tablets ?

Looking for apps to use for in the field inspections. Oil and Gas industry mainly.

So far I have found 2 apps that seem good. Looking for more.

There is an option of using iAuditor which allows you to create your own tool. We have used this at work for IT, Property Condition and Health & Safety.
