In my Galaxy Note 3 sm-N9005 4G (LTE) option is not showing

I'm using Galaxy Note 3 sm-N9005 , and i'm also using 4G sim slot.
But in mobile network option, 4G LTE is not showing.

What i have to do, to make 4G (LTE) option enabled to get selected or deselected.

Hello. Are you absolutely sure it's an SM-N9005 and not an SM-N9000 which is 3G only. If you are I would contact your carrier / network. Had you previously used that sim in a 3G device.

Use an app like Spec Device, Antutu (device information) or Genuine Galaxy (not the original one).

HI I have been battling with this one for over a year. Short version is Lollipop fixed it.

I had a gray market import from Hong Kong and was using it in Ireland. There is just something in the software. I put a UK sim in the phone and it showed up LTE as an option. Also tried a friends Irish sim that had LTE and didn't work on my hand set. So got fed up waiting for Lollipop and flashed the firmware and it worked.
