In non-LTE markets do you get the HSPA+ fake 4G?

Or does it fall back to 3G?

It should (since I don't have one) fall back to HSPA+ since it supports that band and ATT is fake 4G (flame suit on) it is LTE thought.

I am hoping it will have the function to disable the LTE even though I am in a LTE market. I'm just after the larger screen size.
