In phone APK secruity scanner for modification ?

I just want a reliable if possible in house app or app that can give me decent insight if a APK file has been modified maliciously ?

Ok I get this particular app from Browser side load it through ApK mirror can I use that to properly identify if the browser its self modifying APK ?,

Exactly if that's not it no clue what might be then.

I tried that total commander had a look it prompted me to System files then opened Json edit into a command app. My device seems ok overall though these things are never ending,From banking issues to suggested things to little things I post.
