? in the picture thumb nails

I have a Moto Droid that is showing a ? in the place of pictures in the gallery. It is pictures that were taken with the phone. No hacking, running 2.1 factory installed.

do you mean 2.0.1? running 2.1 kind of requires some hackery...

what happened when you click on them? do the pictures show then?
