In the Play Store, how to filter out In-App Purchase apps?

Is there a way to filter out apps that have In-App Purchases while browsing or searching in the Play Store. This would help developers stop making these type of applications and start charging a flat rate for their apps. If we can filter out those types of apps (which I refuse to install - and just make my life extremely harder by not having a filter option). Please Google, add this feature for all our sake!

I absolutely agree that we should be able to filter our search results to exclude these apps. I believe it would foster more "flat-out purchase" apps.
