In UK Cannot recieve HMRC access codes after SIm change (same number)

Android Central Question

Have a pixel 6 on Lebara network. Had to change Sim and ported in my old mobile number, Now when I try to have an access code sent to the mobile number nothing arrives. Worked fine on this number until SIM change - Libara say its nothing to do with them. HMRC said it wouldnt be to do with them as nothing changed at their end... Any Ideas
 
Did you change your device in your online account? I logged in and added my new phoned device as the "Authenticator app" under the "How you get access codes" section.
