Inaccruate signal bar reporting on JB 4.3

After 4.3 OTA, I'm now without signal bars most of the time, I was constantly pulling 2-3 bars on 4.2.2. It's not that I'm without signal, whenever I'm making or receiving calls, it instantly shows full bars and calls are loud and clear, no dropped calls whatsoever, but it signal strength drops back to zero after calls are over. I know 4.3 OTA also includes new radio, so not sure if that has anything to do with my signal reporting issue. BTW, I'm AT&T and in midtown NY area.

I'm in the same situation here. Definitely less bars being reported after the conversion. Also in NYC.

I noticed that but my signal legitimately seems worse with often lag and dropping back to HSPA. HSPA still seems great, though I haven't looked specifically at any signal numbers and don't have anything to compare from before.
