Inaccurate touchscreen

My touchscreen is inaccurate. Below is a demo. Excuse the bad ASCII art. The dots should be ignored, the system made this necessary.

That asterisk is where my touch is registered.

And if I touch the screen near the bottom and/or right side, the system registers coordinates off edge of the screen.
How do I recalibrate this. This tablet is my primary computer, so I do not have a PC. I have a p5113.
