Inadequate Backlight Time for Bottom Four Keys of Infuse

Does anyone know if it's possible to get the backlight for the keys at the bottom of the Infuse (Back key, Menu key, Home key, Search key) to stay on longer? They turn off super quickly which really sucks when using the phone in the dark... I mean, it really sucks. Couldn't find anything in the phone settings, but I know sometimes this stuff is buried pretty deep in the menu system.

Any tips would be great!

I just tap the screen one time and the keys light back up.

I completely agree! That is one thing that is driving me crazy, or was since I am too familiar with the general layout of Android devices. So, for the most part I don't need the lights. I just wish they would not time out before the screen.

EXACTLY! Lame that they time out before the screen. Not sure why.

Yeah, they do turn off pretty quick. I would like the ability to change this settting.

Maybe after a while, when I get used to it, it will be o.k. for the backlight to go out quickly, but right now it's a pain in the backside! It's my first android and I have found custom settings for just about everything...except this. Bummer.

I want to add my name to the list of people frustrated with this. It's not a deal breaker, but I sure wish the lights would match the screen time out.

just tap the screen anywhere, they come back on. This is a battery saver function.
