Inadvertently Executing Edge Menu

I have a question about accessing the edge menu features. I currently use an iPhone and keep my phone in my front pocket.
Since there is effectively no bezel on the sides of the S7 Edge, if I grab the phone from my pocket on the edges, will I inadvertently execute the edge menu?

I did read where the edge feature can be turned off. I would prefer not to turn it off as I think it is a very cool feature that will help one-handed use of the phone. But, the benefits would be eliminated if I have to turn off the edge menu every time I remove it from my pocket.

not very likely. you actually have to swipe to activate the edge menu. i've been using the S6 edge since release day last year and have never accidentally opened the edge menu.

alternatively, you can move the position on the S7 edge if you're concerned.

I didn't have a problem with that on either the s6 edge or Edge plus
