Inbuilt caller screening app?

Was wondering where the caller name information is pulled from, noticed the attached system app.
I'm on TMobile using an unlocked model and curious about this. Same sim card used on my s10p didn't show caller information. Cheers.

Probably the callerID string, but you'd have to ask the developer (which would be someone working for OnePlus).
