I don't know what prompted AC to adopt this, but the implementation is a hot buggy mess. It made me full out the captcha twice just to login, and then again just to switch from the front page to the forums. Perhaps remove it until it works? Personally unless you guys are being hit hard by something that makes your website completely compromised, services like this are complete overkill IMO.

A security tool we use got broken on the provider's end. They're working to fix it now. Sorry about that. We're not exactly happy about it, either. All should be back to normal soon.

We have been using Incapsula for the last few months, and generally it works seamlessly. They pushed out some buggy code around lunch time, and got it reverted about 30 minutes later.

Was this a response by Incapsula to the hack of the openSUSE forums that occurred yesterday?

I've pestered the team over at Crackberry about this already. so I do know I repeat myself, but this whole episode would warrant a statement on a global (the whole of Mobile Nations) scale as it affected presumably everyone and sent out false malware warnings to users, which was a bit scary...
;)
