Incoming call announcements... never mind, D'oh!

When people call me, the phone announces the name of the caller. How do I make this go away. I've Googled everything I can think of and nothing fixes it.

Driving mode is off. nothing is checked in driving mode.
Talkback is off.
Phone is rooted.

Found third party app that was causing the problem. I feel like a fool :-[

It would be helpful if you list what app was causing the problem in case someone else is searching the forums with a similar problem. Use the "Share" button in the Google Play Store to copy the link and put that here too, in case someone is looking FOR that functionality.

The app was downloaded through F-Droid, not the Google play store, but it's simply called CallerID.
