Incoming call not showing on Gear S3 frontier wifi

[AC Question]

I have had my gear s3 for 2months. All my calls were ringing on both my phone and watch. Until last week. I can make phone calls with the gear but cannot answer calls through it. I have looked at all settings. Could it be a bug? Does anyone have a fix for me.
