Incoming call Pic

Seached the forum couldnt find anything on this topic.
Any way to make the image full screen when there is an incoming call
from a contact who has an assigned picture.

there is an app on the market I believe called Fullscreen Called ID by Christoper Nys(free and paid). I tried it one time but the image looked like crap. It doesnt tell you what size the image has to be

Tried it and didn't like it. It didn't work all the time and there were lag sometimes, I would hear my phone ring but nothing shows up until a second or two later.

Not sure if the paid version is better but free version had issues.

Yea I didn't know of any others at the time. I just did a market search again with different search parameters and nothing viable came up. Maybe if you go to AppBrain you can keep up with newly released apps in that specific category(if possible) and see if a dev throws something out there for what your looking for.
Or you can go to apps in that category and surprisingly, sometimes in the Comments section of an app that someone thinks sucks, they will say so and advise to a better app. That is how I found some of the apps I use. One man's junk is another man's treasure kinda thing.

Yea, well it's been about a month since I last used it. There might of been other updates but I just haven't went back to it.

Full Screen Caller ID has been on my device since I bought my Droid X on release day and I haven't had any issues with it and about the image quality you have to place a high quality image to have a nice image not stretch a small clip to full screen.

The developer has done a good job adding features that is suggested and responds to email without issues. I don't have any complaints about this app. I love option to add a video clip to display when call comes in but the developer is still working on refining this option.... I have the full version.

Then it might of just been the free version that was limited and with some issues. I might have to give it another shot some day but the full version.

haha well he just shot our posts out of the water,lol. That is a very good image, clear and fitted properly. That even changes my mind about it now cuz I was upset it didn't work. But after seeing that all I can think of is what kind of pics I can put of my girl on when she calls. Duty calls

I have had Full Screen Caller ID for almost 4 months. I really like it. I use cartoon characters for many of my Contact photos and it seems to work great. The developer appears to be addressing issues with frequent updates.

haha, yep. The pic I had was not that clear and it looks like a pic that was like the normal pic on the caller ID but enlarged to full screen. I'll re-try sometime this month. I'll be on the road for a little while and that will give me time to play with it and set it up.
