INcoming call screen help

Im sure its operator error but i need help. When using another app and getting a call ,the call screen is small. Id like it to be full size, is there a way to change that ?

Its meant to be like that when in an app, so not an error.

Not sure if there is a way to change it though. I will have a look and see

Settings - Applications - Call - Call Related Popups - Call notification pop-ups.

"Show incoming call notifications as pop-ups if another application is already open in full screen view."
