Also it changes, if you gave a contact pic that is synced from Google it comes as the small box with pixilated picture. Contact pics saved from phone pic or haxsync look like one posted, and better resolution

How do you change what is displayed here... I can't figure out how to make it say whether the person calling is calling from work, mobile or home??

Change that in your contacts...associate the number they have with what kind of number it is from your contacts app

You can press the volume buttons on the side of the phone to mute the ringtone for the incoming call
