incoming calling issue

My outgoing call working properly but when some one called me.. my pixel shows switched off... How to resolve I m disconnecting from everywhere..

Contact your carrier - preferably in person at a company store. The difference between an incoming call and an outgoing call is mainly at the carrier's equipment, not in the phone.
