Incoming calls are showing as UNKNOWN on my samsung galaxy s3

I called them about a week later and they said it's still a problem and they'll send a text when it's fixed, something like this wouldn't take over a month to correct. Mine is still showing every number as 'unknown', it's doing my head in. Accepting all calls is so irritating, I like to pick and choose who I want to answer lol is yours still the same? I tried calling them today but I was on hold for ages to ended up giving up, this do it on purpose I'm sure.

For some users this is caused by a failure by their network provider to deliver caller ID. EE acknowledges and apologises for the fault, which remains unresolved today, and has been present since the beginning of July. EE's customer service says the problem is too complex to solve more quickly and will not reveal any more information. Not all EE subscribers are affected.

Answer : Incoming calls are showing as UNKNOWN

Answer : For showing incoming call details, Service of free caller identification should be activate from mobile operator. sometimes suddenly this service deactivated. I don't know the reason for deactivation but this service from Idea is free may be for all operator. After activated service, issue will be solved.

I have also same problem(I used vodafone no) but now resolved by just contacting customer care of my service provider and they advise me just type ACT CLIP send to 199.
