Incoming Calls picture

is there a way to set the Incoming Calls picture? so that a contact's picture luminates the screen? instead of pitch black background with a contact/number? Thank you in advance!

My contact pictures show on an incoming call. I don't remeber tweaking anything for it to do that.

Make sure you have an image attached to said Contact in GMail. I can't stand my Contacts not having an image attached. Yep, I'm OCD or something.

you boys were right . now is there a way to enlarge the picture without a third-party application? if no, can you recommend a good application? Thanks again
