Android Central Question

My previous Note5 and now my new galaxy S9+ have had the same issue. The device stops receiving or making calls. I will not know it stopped until a voicemail pops up. In order to dial out to check, I must restart the phone.

I'm on ATT unlimited prepaid plan. phone is unlocked direct from samsung. Same issue with my ATT Note5. I went to ATT and got a new SIM card 2 days ago. Problem still exists.

No specific number involved. Majority of my day is in Washington DC on the 6th floor of a building in a clearly marked coverage area.

I have one theory that streaming pandora over blue tooth is a common denominator but I've not found any posts online with this same issue..

Bluetooth interferes with wifi, it that's your connection.

Otherwise, bring the phone into a Device Support Center when it's not working - 1759 Columbia Rd NW or 1391 Pennsylvania Ave SE.

I spoke with ATT Advanced Tech and their solution was to tell me to factory reset my phone. I am not pleased with this. Today I did not run bluetooth and did not run Pandora. I did have Amazon Music playing on my device speakers. Again, incoming call did not ring and I could not call out to vmail until I restarted the phone.

I have minimal apps on my device, the newest being Bitmoji and Textra. I've uninstalled Textra to test and still experienced the phone issue.
