AC Question

When you travel overseas a second clock will appear on the lock screen. It is supposedly showing the time at home, but for me that time was three hours off.
I tried to get some help from Samsung Support, but they have not managed to give me any straight answers.

Does anyone know how to set the Home Time correctly?

You would press on the clock and set your home time zone. Maybe I'm missing something though. Will ask Mods to move thread to S8 forum.

OK, I went Clock and then World Clock and there my Local Time zone was already ticked as 'Sydney' which is correct. Still when I was in New Zealand last week, which is two hours ahead of Sydney, the Home Time showed as five hours behind.

Home Time showed as five hours behind.

Was the local time showing correctly? Thinking the phones location may have gotten scrambled somehow. Too bad you weren't still in New Zealand, would be interesting to play around with settings. Jealous also :) I hear NZ is beautiful.

Local time was correct, it was just the 'Home time' that was wrong. Will go back there in three weeks' time, for work, do not have much time to look around.
