Increase memory on Galaxy Note 2 SCH-R950

I have a Galaxy Note 2 SCH-R950 that I would like to increase the memory on. Is there a type of "how-to" guide somewhere that will explain what I need to do? It only has the SD card that came with it. Thanks!

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by increasing memory? You can only use the SD card to save things like media files (photos, videos, music), and you might be able to move portions of an app to the SD (if the phone allows it). But you can't increase the onboard internal storage.
