Increase Shutter Sounds

I can barely hear my Camera Shutter sound. I asked this question when I first bought the Pixel 3 and no one had a solution at the time. Has anyone found a workaround? Thanks

I usually watch for the brief blink on the screen indicating the photos was taken.
