Incredible is spazzing and moving from screen to screen

Crap, do I try to get a replacement??? I am in my 30 days.

Someone - somewhere - reported that Froyo fixed it on their phone, but I wouldn't hold out on one random report. The only fix for me was to get a new replacement. Fortunately, my 2nd Inc has not had the problem.

Be sure to write down the freeware apps that you like somewhere. Your free apps don't appear in the Market when you get your new phone, only the paid apps do.

btw, did you try dusting the optical joystick thoroughly? some folks reported that cleaning the joystick worked for them, too.

Get appbrain from the market. It saves everything for you.

The flipping screen issue happened to me a couple days ago. I did a shut down and battery pull. Since booting back up it has not returned. I still think my issue was due to setting my phone down to close to laptop and AC clock on desk. Can this be replicated by having phone to close to magnetic fields? Don't know and don't want to find out!

Verizon told me to do a factory reset. Thoughts?

I use appbrain....so when the phone is clean, just log in and "sync" and it will load everything back? I was just thinking if I synced it would take all of the apps off, since there is nothing on the phone.

Happened to me a week and half ago. My power button was also stuck so I just got a replacement. Wonder if it was even worth it if so many people have the same problem.

yeah it was worth the replacement I think Id replace my D-INC if I ever had to I like it to much to not have it :)

I think its dirty optical sensor on joy stick. Had the problem and just cleaned it fixes the problem.

My phone kept going to my far right home screen, rebooted, would go back the very left home screen. This happened after I installed the NFL verizon app. So, I launched the NFL app, and did the set up, then all was fine.

Had the same problem with the Time widget. Whichever screen I put it on it would always go back to that screen after a few seconds.

Alcohol swab on optical joystick fixes mine every time. No reboot, factory reset or replacement required.

Arrghhh! Mine started it again last night... hatin' it! I'll try cleaning the joy stick fix.

Ah-ha, I see. While I was cleaning the joy stick it displayed the same symptoms as I was experiencing before. Hopefully cleaning it did the job.
