Incredible usb cable special?

Ok so im having a problem with sync'n and im using the cable that came with phone, and a blackberry.

First i couldnt sync at all, but now the phone/computer seems sync some of the time....earlier i was able to add a new ringtone to the SD card.

Currently i have tried to pc connect and it refuses to be recognized by either of my computers. They both run XP.

I dont get why i cant get it to connect....? any help!?

Sounds like you may have some bad hardware phone wise, considering the cable from the BB and the one that came with the phone didn't work!

If none of the cables are working no. I would try one more cable if I was you or maybe a different computer or port. Make sure, then I would be calling Verizon while the phone is in stock and getting it replaced if is isn't working correctly.

I have no problems with other manufacturer's cables that are mini usb and using the moto mini to micro adapter.

When I had a moto q9m, it wouldn't work unless you used their chargers and cables.
