Inexpensive 2A charger?

Does anyone know of an inexpensive 2A USB wall charger? The kind that you plug your USB cable into? There's a lot on eBay for single digit $ and some on Amazon pushing $20. Problem is you never know if they're really providing 2A.

I picked up a Samsung off ebay for like $15 and it was the exact one that came with my s4 and gt3.

I have a couple Anker that work fine.

Keep in mind the Apple port is 2.1amp and the Android port is 1.5amp

I've been using one like this for about 2yrs now. I keep my Evo, IPad , and then a few boosters plugged in when needed with no issues. I might upgrade to a 40Watt one for this and my car as well as 1 for camping . Between the 2IPhones , Ipad and S5 when I get it might be stretching the 6amps a bit far.
