Information on "Poor" app?

I was just finished using Google Maps and was checking to see if it closed out completely (it had) when I discovered in ATK this "Poor" app. I did a search on it and a Google search that didn't seem to turn up much information. Is anyone familiar with this and what it does?

I noticed the same "poor" app

I just noticed the same "poor" app today June 24, 2010. I used the advanced task killer to kill it, then I checked it again a couple seconds later and it was back? I couldn't find anything on useful on google. I ran the "Lookout" virus scan and nothing came up as a virus, but I am still concerned.
