Informed Delivery quit working

Anyone have apps stop working since upgrading to Pie? I uninstalled the app and reinstalled but still closes.

Haven't ever used that app and I have well over 100 apps installed and everyone of them has worked. I would contact the developer and report your issue.

I had to reinstall this app after updating to Pie. It's working how now I receive 2 notification emails from the postal service.

I uninstalled it then reinstalled it and it still stopped working.

so might need the dev to update it if none of the others stuff perform fixed it.

For informed Delivery, you need to empty the cache and clear the data and log in again and have the post office send the text for the device approval. Then it will work again. I went through it last week.

Dang I didn't know they had an app, I just get an email every morning with the mail images.

Well, informed delivery worked for a while after the fix I posted. Last night it failed again, so it looks like the fix only fixes it for about a week. I am hoping that the post office produces an update to the app soon. It hasn't been updated since September and probably not written for Pie. I have given them feedback but don't know if they read it or not.
