Infuse cell reception problem?

Ok im not sure whether im just being very OCD about my phone but there is something bothering me. Im not sure whether my cell antenna in the phone is messed up. I usually get 3-4 bars sometimes 5 bars of service on my Infuse, but thats only if I leave it on my desk etc. But as soon as I pick up the phone or hold it, it will lose 1-2 bars of service. Is this normal? Should I be concerned and turn this in for repair? HELP. :-\

I've never lost any bars upon picking up my phone. May be something you want to get checked out.
