Initiating Samsung Pay

Convenience. You only get 3 points now per purchase at the highest tier. And they expire. Kind of useless really. Hardly get you anything. I remember top tier originally was like 40 points a purchase I think.

Thanks, thats what i figured. I got 70 bucks in cash cards before they changed. When they changed and points expired, i figured it out that you couldn't even accumulate enough to get a 50 cash card in a year. The rewards were great while they lasted. If I had a watch I might use it more, but its just as easy to take out my check card and use it.

The only time I open Samsung pay on my phone is when I want to access my membership cards stored in it. For making payments I just use Samsung pay on my watch.

generally that is what I have been doing lately. would do more if my watch had mst but I just don't like the watch size of the gear s3. the s2 classic is so much smaller.

I was hoping this would be fixed by now, but it isn't. Swiping up from the bottom of the screen should open Samsung Pay, but it doesn't always work, which is a real pain when I go to pay for something. On my Note 8, I could remap the Bixby button to initiate Samsung Pay, but now with one-less button, there's no way to do this, without losing the mappings I want for the side-key (power off and camera).

Any ideas how to easily & reliably invoke Samsung Pay on the Note 10?
I was having a problem initiating Samsung Pay by swiping up while using Nova Launcher, but I added the Samsung Pay app to my home screen and so far it's working.
