Well I opened my wsd this morning to put mine on and my kit came used!!! So they are sending me another one.

Well I finally got my replacement. One of the pegs on the jig was broke but I still managed to get it on.Goodkeep us posted
I missed a small dpec of dust on the power button side near the bottom but other than that it all seems good

Keep in mind that the real test is probably still a few months into the use of the WSD protector.

Yeah, I had my OEM one since I got my phone and it lasted about 6 months. With the WSD and stronger adhesive, I am hoping it will go a LOT longer.

So, I installed the WSD inner film on my brothers Fold 3 (about 2-3 days after I installed mine). He works in construction all day every day. He loves the new film. It feels just as good as the OEM PET and he also noticed that it does not collect dust like the OEM one.
He works in some pretty rough places and never had any issues with his phone. No hinge issues, no dust getting in (he works with a LOT of Drywall) and no weird sounds from the hinge or anything of that nature and he has had his phone 3 days longer than me.
I think, after talking to him and working with him all day yesterday with my phone, I think I will worry less about dust and all that and just enjoy using my phone.
I work in IT and just had to come help him with the new wireless network he is installing and I was elbow deep in drywall (pulling cables) and using my phone to take notes/pictures and talking to him while we were pulling cable. My hands were covered in drywall dust while I was using my phone at some points.
My phone got pretty dusty and dirty and no ill-effects at all from anything I did yesterday, and this is what my brother does EVERY DAY, so yeah, I really am less worried about this phone that I used to be.
