Innocell 3500mAh Extended Life Battery

I got my Seidio 3500 battery Saturday. Charged it up Saturday night, got up Sunday and it was snowing. Was a good day to TEST this battery. I was on this phone, a couple of phone calls, a couple of texts, about two dozen emails, and web surfing. This phone was on for ten straight hours, the screen on the whole time, all that I have disabled is WiFi and Bluetooth everything else is going. Ten hours straight before the low battery warning came on. Under normal use I should get two days out of it. It adds a little more bulk to the phone but I had a hard time holding it before, it feels better to me now, a lot easier to hold. Well worth the $70.00 imho.

Still working on my second charge, LOL!! My phone has been off the charger since 1:30pm Sunday. I am currently at 41% battery. I am going to get it down to 30% before the next charge. They say after 5-6 cycles it will improve?!! Worth every penny.

Can someone tell me how this battery compares to the blackberry tours battery? I'm thinking about getting this phone again but the battery killed it for me. I use the browser A LOT and text quite often and the phone drained insanely fast for me. Can I really hammer this battery and get through a 17 hour day?

You can hammer the battery, lol. I've had it for one week and I've charged the phone three times. After three days of use, I was at 43% when I charged it. I could have gone four days of normal use, but I want to get the 5-6 charging cycles to see if the battery improves even more. This battery is very difficult to kill, I've been trying like hell and I'm currently off the charger for two days now, and I'm at 56%.

I just received mine today, its charging atm. One thing I knew was the innocase I had purchased with the combo from Seidio wasn't going to fit, but with the new battery cover, the spring clip holster fits!

Semantics...

What combo would I need to get for this to fit the spring clip holster? The Surface or Innocase II?

Thanks!

I had the innocase combo, before I ordered this battery. The innocase does not fit, of course, but the holster works just fine. I think they claim it works with both holsters if you click more info on the Seidio site.

Just wondering if anyone knows any other sites that are offering this battery for sale online? Maybe I should just wait until Amazon gets it. I want to wait for the price to go down a little bit even though I have no doubt that the battery is worth it.

I bought mine from Mobilecity came up to $60 after shipping.

Thanks to all for the battery comments.
I am a very new Hero user and have found the same 10 to maybe 12 hour time limit on the stock battery. (Using a variety of features from calls to internet.)
I have ordered extended batteries for my last two touch screen phones from Seidio and have been very happy with the performance. (Last phone was a HTC Touch)
After my last two days of use on the stock battery, I am going to order in the 3500 battery.

I am assuming this replacement battery (or any Seido battery) will work with the Sprint Hero? Which is the most powerful replacement battery available for the Sprint Hero? Does an increase in mah result in an increase in usage or will there be an increase in amps that could reduce the overall 'extended" usage out of a replacement battery?

Thanks for all the help!

My 3500mAh battery that was on back order from Mobile City shipped today. Can't wait to use it.

Just wondering if anyone who has the extended 3500 mAh uses any kind of case that stays on it all the time? Not like a belt clip/holster but something it's in all the time to protect it... Do any cases that would be on all the time actually fit it with the new extended back? Maybe I just need to get a invisishield and call it a day?

There is no case as of yet that works with the super extended battery the seidio is selling that's one of the reasons I picked the regular extended 1750 battery ill get the bigger one once its confirmed that it works in the seidio clip holster

It works just fine with the clip holster that came with my Innocase surface combo.
