I am not sure if you truly mean a SIM card or an SD card, since some people incorrectly use these interchangeably. Both are accessed by a small panel, usually on the side of your phone opposite your volume buttons. On my Motorola, it is on the left. It requires me to hook it with a fingernail and pull both out (away from the body of the phone) and down, so that it opens somewhat like a door. I hope this helps.

Hello. There is usually a slot where you put it in on the outside, or under a battery cover. It would be nice if you could supply us with your phone model.
