instagram issues

Is anyone else having instagram issues? Ever since I got my note 4 I haven't been able to use it. When I sign into anyone's account it says the account had been disabled, yet I can get instagram to work fine on other devices.

Any suggestions???

I've been using Instagram on mine since I got it without problems. Have you tried clearing data, uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it?

You can't Uninstall it from the phone, only disable it. It's part of the phone's software. I've tried everything I can think of.

Which Note 4 do you have? Mine didn't come wit Instagram installed and it most definitely can be uninstalled.

Either way, try clearing cache/data and see if that helps.

Try inputting the wrong password. Then try logging in again with the right one. Also, I remember an user having a similar issue and changing his password on the webpage helped.

Thanks, I'll give the laptop change a try tomorrow. The wrong password idea didn't do anything either. Very frustrating as this is the best phone I've ever had and it's the only issue I have.
