Installation Error -18 ??

I'm running Nook 1.2 on my color Nook and I've done the manualnooter 4.5.2 and I've been able to install several apps from the market however I can't get Angry Birds and Grocery IQ installed. I'm getting an error -18 on installation. I've read about the "smdl2tmp1.asec" file but its not on the SD card. I removed the SD card and no help. I also read to delete the "smdl2tmp1.asec" file with ADAO file manager but its not on the SD card, would it be in the root directory of the tablet ? Is there any other solution ?

Look at post 126 here - I downloaded the apk files (mediafire for angry birds) transferred via USB to nook (no SD card inserted), found them in one of my explorer apps and installed
