Installation of apps from unknown sources keeps turning back on.

Installation of apps from unknown sources keeps turning back on, despite repeatedly disabling it in security, and I don't know how to go about getting rid of this presumable virus without wiping my entire phone. (I'm going to uninstall all of my downloaded apps soon.)

Anyone have any idea what this is, or how to find the problem?

You can try intall a antivirus. Google play offers some.
If this does not help - factory reset, sorry.
