Installed app but didn't download

I have a BLU R1 HD. I installed Zello from the Play Store, but got error code 924. I rebooted my phone, but Zello doesn't show up in my apps. When I went to the Play Store again, it showed it as installed. How can I get it to either try downloading again or delete it and restart?

Usually occurs when trying to download larger applications. The app downloads, but the error message is displayed, saying the installation was unsuccessful do to an error

Solution

Head to Settings > All > Google Play Store > Uninstall updates. Once you've done this, try downloading the problem app again.
