Installed apps pop-up after updating apps

Don't know if it's malwere or a new thing google is doing but every time I update an app a pop up screen shoots up for a slit second on the bottom of the screen saying app install and shows the same stupid games. Tried uninstalling recent apps but no luck. Is the normal?

This doesn't sound normal. What device do you have? Also, have you installed any games recently when you noticed this issue?
