installed new Rom but old Rom parts still there

I have recently installed a few Roms, before each install I have always did a clean wipe of the device. However I constantly keep getting "lockscreen" from one of my first Roms always showing up.

The first ROM I installed was the "Leedroid" ROm, that lock screen is always showing up on my phone.

How can I get rid of this?

Also, when you install new roms, do you always have to reset all your screens again? Is there not a way to keep the same setup from before?

Which wipes do you do? If you do a factory restore and wipe data/boot/cache/and dalvik there is no way you have parts remaining unless it is a separate app from the market that restores itself when you load up market.

I am not familiar with Leedroid. It looks like it uses the stock sense ring lockscreen. Are all the tons you are trying Sense based? If so they could all be using the same stock lockscreen.
