Hello, I installed original OEM into my note 3 and still the back and menu buttons only work with the stylus. fyi-- stopped working after using kingroot. Thanks

Sorry to hear that. It would like like you'll need to take it in for servicing. as the installation of the OEM through Odin, should have fixed it, if it were software related.
