Installing Amazon Underground

Has anyone had any trouble installing the Amazon Underground app on their VZN note 5? I have a couple of apps that I got from the Amazon app of the day that I can't fully use cause I get the message that I don't own the apps. I'm logged into Amazon app store but I"m wondering if I need to have Amazon Underground installed. The issue is that I can't install it no matter what I try. Not sure what else to try.

So I just tested this just to see. I went into my normal amazon app and searched for amazon underground. Surprisingly instead of the install button, it said update so I did. It updated my normal amazon shopping app to amazon underground. At least it changed the shortcut pic to the underground pic. Although when I open the app, it doesn't look any different than it did before

I tried doing everything mentioned and when I try to open the app this is the message I get. Look at the bootom of the screenshot.

So you can't open the pre installed amazon shopping app? I did everything from within there. You are rooted? If it has something to do with that, I'll be of no help.

That message usually means that you disabled something that it needs.
