installing new SD card in incredible

Hi, I have a 2GB SD Card installed on my Droid Incredible and I am trying to install a bigger one. My concern is that there are photos and some Data from applications on it. How do I back up what is on my curent SD Card and bring it to a new one? I also have this app that I bought called My Backup Pro but I don't think it will be of any use.

I just recently did this. I hooked my phone up to my pc and opened up the F drive. I copied everything from my 2gb card into a folder on my desktop. Then I took out the old car, popped the new one in and formatted it. Then hooked the phone back up to my pc, opened the F drive, copied everything from the folder I created and pasted it onto the new card.

Hey guys I hate to Hijack but - I had the 2GB SD card, then bought a 16GB fresh card which I used to Root my Inc with. All went well and I've been storing pic's/vid's on the 16GB card since.

I never formatted the card - should I have?

No, The phone formats the card the first time that it accesses it.
