installing other country's firmware on note4 910c

i am from Pakistan and here the latest update for note 4 910c is android 5.0.1. i want to install 5.1.1.
my question is, can i install any 910c firmware of other country from sammobile? should 4g work after flashing? if yes then which country's firmware i should install. thanks.
edit: my phone is fully unlocked.
