Installng drivers Casio C811 Comando 4G / LTE

With a usb cable connected I'm unable to access the Casios C811 sd card from my PC running Windows Vista x64.

The drivers shown to be installed from the device manager.

Ports
CASIO C771 USB Virtual Serial Port (COMx)
Universal Serial Bus controllers
CASIO C771 USB Composite Device

However the other device manager objects I'm not able to find.

Such as

Android Phone
CASIO C771 Android ADB Interface
Disk drives
CASIO C771 Storage USB Device
Portable Devices
E:\ (drive letter may vary)

Welcome to Android Central! You're still able to access the phone's internal storage from the PC, though?

It might be an issue with obsolescence. Windows Vista is very very old, and also poses a significant security risk, since Microsoft abandoned it a long time ago in terms of security patches. I realize this is not a direct nor a cheap solution, but I would highly recommend upgrading to a computer with a more recent version of Windows.
