I having issues updating Google Earth + and Play Movies and TV....every time it goes to update I get a insufficient memory error. If I look under storage I have 22.67GB free. Anyone know how to fix this

Thanks in advance.

insufficient memory does not mean storage, it means RAM. It may be a bug. I don't know how anyone would be able to use the full 2GB of RAM all at once. If a restart fixes the error then you REALLY need to stop being a pack rat and running soo many apps at once.

It has done this since day one and restarting it doesn't matter. I have 3 Apps running while trying to do this....Google keyboard, Google Services and Google play services. That is it. It only has the problem with the 3 fore mentioned apps.

What does it say about your RAM at the bottom if you go to Settings → Apps → Running?
