Hello, everybody! I have an HTC One V & I'm having problems with it. Sometimes when I try to install apps from the Google Play store, the error message comes up reading, "Insufficient Storage Available" & it won't install! ): There's definitely not a problem with storage because I checked & there is plenty of storage available! This problem has already happened to me so I phoned Telus & they told me to take it in to the Telus store so that they could send it in for repairs because apparently it was a hardware problem. I sent it into repairs & they replaced my phone because they said they couldn't fix the issue. And here I am, having the same exact problem! I'm not going back to Telus because clearly that didn't fix the issue. And trust me...I've tried EVERYTHING!!!!! Clearing the cache, factory reset, you name it! Nothing works! ): Does anyone have any suggestions!?! This is really frustrating!

Thankfully I have figured this out on my t mobile galaxy s4. I resolved this issue today thank god by doing the following. Follow this and let me know if it works for you.
First step is go into any file explorer with root access. Second in the root directory click on the folder labeled data, once in the data folder click on app-lib folder. Last step is scroll down to the folder for the app you are trying to update or install and delete it. Then go into the market and try to install. It worked for me n I hope it does for you.

Re: "Insufficient Storage Available" Error Message

In my experience, it is due to some error in the OS of the mobile. My device is Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos with android 4.2. I had the same problem when tried to install some apps not all. But when I reset the device to factory state, the same previously denied apps were installed cool.
